Pursuant to Federal Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, Decree No. 11,795/2023, and Globo Central de Usinagem LTDA's firm pledge toward diversity and workplace equity, we present our official Equal Pay Transparency Report.

All reported data is fully anonymized under LGPD guidelines (Law 13,709/2018) and categorized by the Ministry of Labor into broad Brazilian Occupational Classification (CBO) groupings.
